Purchasing an Item
If you would like to purchase one or more items from our online store, please contact us at metalmud1@gmail.com to arrange payment and shipping details. All prices listed in our store are in CAD (Canadian Dollars).
 
We currently accept the following forms of payment:
1. PayPal (after placing your order, you will be provided with the PayPal.me link)
2. Cash (for those who wish to visit the studio in person)
 
 
Shipping
Parcels will be shipped via Canada Post within Canada and the U.S.A. Shipping costs will be calculated according to the weight of your parcel. Expect shipping to take at least 6 business days. You will be advised by email when your parcel has been shipped, and a tracking number will be provided for your peace of mind. Please advise us when your parcel has arrived.
  • JEWELERY items will be shipped via regular mail to Canada or USA. If you would prefer to have your item(s) shipped by Registered Mail, please add this request to your order.

  • BUTTONS will be shipped in small parcel format or large envelopes via regular mail and should arrive in 6 business days.

  • POTTERY will be shipped via regular mail; cost varies according to weight and volume.

 

Insurance

If you would like your items insured prior to shipping, please add this request to your order.

 
 
Returns

All items are shipped on a NO RETURN policy

As each item is individually crafted by the artist, returns are not encouraged.

If you have a problem with the item for any reason, please contact us by email or phone. 

Pictures taken for our website portray the colours and items in the best way possible.

No guarantees can be given on exact colour representation, as every piece is unique.
